Marie or Anna Raven?

In my recent reading of the 2009 edition of "The Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe," I was surprised by the revelation of Rogue's real name being "Anna Raven." I was aware of Marvel was going to finally address the name issue, but I lost track. I'm curious to how the Rogue fanbase is treating the matter, since many X-Men fans have been using the 2000 movie-based "Marie" for their fanon.
I'm personally for Marie, as it sounds melodic and fits the character well. However, Anna is an equally lovely name, too.Meanwhile, there could have been the fun compromise of "Anna Marie" (which, frankly, would have made sense).
I'm glad Marvel has finally resolved the debate, though, some fans will be disappointed. I'm sure there were plenty of fans not thrilled with the name of James Howlett, at the time, either. It's the nature of the beast, whenever you're dealing with fan expectations and long-awaited answers to burning questions.
Exit analysis: Curious how Marvel incorporated Mystique's first name of "Raven." In irony, fans have been using her "Darkholme" surname for Rogue's for years. Apparently, Marvel decided to do the same in its own unique fashion.
Update: I was inspired by a friend to search on wikipedia. I'll copy/paste the germane excerpt:
I suppose it serves me right for not researching on wikipedia, first. At the time, it seemed like a moot point after my reading the Handbook. My apologies.

Rogue was one of the few comic book characters whose real name had never been revealed, until very recently. This was a controversial topic for years. In the films X-Men, X2: X-Men United, and X-Men: The Last Stand, Rogue's real name is Marie. In the comics, her chosen name (according to X-Treme X-Men #31) is Anna Raven when her powers are inactive (Raven Darkholme is Mystique's name). The readers came close to finding out her name in X-Men #24 (when she was about to reveal it to Gambit on a date), but the Cajun stopped her before she could finish her sentence.Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_(comics)
A recent solo series established Rogue's name as Anna Marie (surname unknown), having her aunt and the astral form of her mother refer to her as so, and Rogue acknowledging it. Rogue's profile in the most recent edition of the Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe lists this as her real name.
